Initiate Immigration Consultancy Inc (iiCi)  is a Canadian immigration consulting company that works to help clients empower their Canadian immigration goals.  Owned and directed by an individual who once dreamed to work and become a permanent resident in Canada. 
 
Mary Grace Undag first arrived in Canada in 2004 as a Live-in Caregiver. She earned her Canadian permanent residency status in 2009 and then as a Canadian citizen in 2015. She conferred with Immigration Consultancy Diploma at Ashton College - Vancouver, British Columbia in 2014, and became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in 2016.

She was also the owner and licensed recruiter of Undag Manpower and Employment Agency from 2007-2011 and has placed temporary foreign workers in businesses in the food industry in the province of Alberta - Whitecourt, Fox Creek, High Level, Edson, Fort Saskatchewan, Rocky Mountain House, Edmonton, Grande Cache, and Grand Prairie.

Through her personal experience and as an RCIC, she has learned diverse experiences in the immigration industry. She is an active player in the assessment of the clients' needs, assists the client’s individual support plan in such a way that reflects the client’s goals and direction in the pursuit of their dreams. With her knowledge and expertise, she is able to provide advice, information, and assistance to help clients find options on how they can reach their immigration goals.

Her broad range of experience includes:
  • Since 2007: Labour Market Impact Assessment (formerly known as Labour Market Opinion) applications
  • Since 2016: Express Entry- Federal Skilled Workers, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades;        Family Class-In-Canada and Outside Canada Class; Temporary Visas-Work, Visit, and Study; and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) (except Quebec and Saskatchewan), Citizenship application, and Permanent Residency Card Renewal
  • Since 2018: Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds, and Temporary Resident Permits

She is a member in good standing of both College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) with membership #R513284, and Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) with membership #R514816.

  • consultants who are members in good standing of the College of Immigation and Citizenship Consultants (CICC);

  • lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society and students-at-law under their supervision;

  • notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and students-at-law under their supervision.
