Our Responsibilites

  • Prepare and advise clients of the best plan or strategy for their application

  • Provide clients with a checklist of documents and information required in support of the application

  • Complete official forms, review and analyze documents as required for the application

  • Guide clients throughout the application process

  • Conduct final review of the client's application package prior to submission to Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) or Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) offices

  • Submit clients' application package to the appropriate IRCC case processing center or visa application center, or CBSA or ESDC processing center, or PNP offices

  • Act in the best interests of the clients within limits of Canadian and Provincial laws

  • Treat every case with utmost professionalism and transparency.

  • Handle all correspondence with IRCC or CBSA or ESDC and other governing bodies on the client's behalf

  • Keep you updated on any progress of your application

  • Act in accordance with Section 84 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act

  • Prepare clients in advance, if a selection interview with an IRCC or CBSA, or ESDC officer is required
